Our organization is able to carry out the fabrication of a wide range of rubber products such as Rubber Moulds, O-Rings, Seals and Conveyor Rings due to sound manufacturing facilities. Our manufacturing unit is spread across a vast area and is installed with all the latest machinery and equipment. The machines we use in the production process are based on modern technologies which enable us to increase our monthly production capacity by manifolds. Some of the machines we use in our production units are:

• Hydraulic Machine

These machines are regularly updated and maintained so that they give maximum efficiency. Equipped with our manufacturing facilities, we are able to cater to our clients various industrial rubber products in bulk quantities.

The bulk of our products are stored in our spacious warehouse until the time of dispatchment. Our warehouse has huge storage space and is clean and well maintained. With proper ventilation and adequate facilities, our warehouse is the ideal place to store all the raw material and finished products. We employ experienced warehouse personnel who take care of the stored products and assist in the loading and unloading of goods. They also keep a track of all the products, which are dispatched, and those waiting to be dispatched.

Our packaging unit is also well equipped with modern machines that are used for packaging our manufactured products. The quality of packaging raw material used is very high which ensures that the products would be safe while transit. We do foolproof packaging of the products so that they are protected from external weather conditions such as excessive heat and moisture.
